The property is stunning, peaceful, and incredibly well maintained truly a place where you can relax and disconnect. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can really feel the level of hospitality here. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The entire hotel has such a calm, tranquil atmosphere it honestly felt therapeutic just being there. The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! Being able to choose from different pillows to suit your comfort was such a unique and luxurious detail. It’s those small things that really set this hotel apart. "This wasn’t my first stay at this resort, but this time I experienced some check‑in complications due to technical issues with my reservation—problems that were beyond the reception staff’s control and caused a delay. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable while we waited. They insisted on serving us lunch and light refreshments even before my reservation was officially confirmed. I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach. Thanks to their warm hospitality and attentive care, what could have been an annoying booking problem turned into a truly wonderful experience, reaffirming my belief that this resort is an unparalleled destination in every way."

"The staff is very helpful. Very nice beach and a lot of space to sit and relax. The food was good and nice variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. However, the resort itself is getting a bit outdated. I had issues with my room key lock couple of times. I also had to call maintenance to fix the safe box in the room twice."
