Being a resort property, they charge the hotel guests for renting the snorkeling equipment, which is quite unusual for resort, especially with the price we paid. "

It’s worthwhile going all inclusive as the drinks and food is expensive, but if you prefer just to go bed and breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants in town that are excellent value for money. Hurghada is safe and there’s plenty of bargains to have, just be prepared to barter the price and never pay what the shop keepers initially ask...
