"Started with a warm greeting, asked if we needed help with our bags, fast, easy check in. When there was an issue with the tv, someone came up immediately and fixed it. Room was clean and very comfortable. Overall great stay!"

"It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog. The room in pet wing wasn't as nice, and you could hear everytime some open or closed the doors so our dog barked alot, but its a great location if you plan to go to the Cuyahoga Valley national park. "This property is extremely pet friendly. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was very roomy. The breakfast area is small, but they offer trays to take food to your room easily, and there are a ton of options. They also have cookies available in the lobby all the time. This location is convenient to the 80 toll road. I would definitely book here again"
