"We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time."

"The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. "We have stayed here multiple times in the past. This was, by far our worst experience. The hotel halls smelled terrible. The elevator was dirty with the same trash laying on the floor all 4 days we were there. Our biggest complaint was the staff. Not helpful to the point of rude. Went down for breakfast one morning. "It took 2 hours to get my keys at an adjoining property. When I got in my room it was filthy. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Couldn't stay there. Went out on my own and got a room somewhere else."

"We left a pair of nice shoes in our room with brand new custom inserts in them. I called and spoke to someone that said nothing had been turned in. I asked if I could leave my number just in case, as I had booked through expedia and wasn't sure they had my information. "Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...

"The parking lot house several abandoned cars. The elevator last inspection expired 8/20/2022. The building smelled of marijuana . The breakfast counter area was dirty, along with the hallways. The pool was not cleaned or available for use. They had a handwritten note on the pool door stating, “Closed No Chemicals “. I would not recommend having them on our travel site and I hate that I booked it from the pictures that Expedia shared and their pool. When we go to the Cleveland area we enjoy...

"The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do."

"This hotel was good for a night stay. But it is kind of outdated- toilet roll holder broke, had to go to front desk to get linens for room, pool was not the greatest. Although the room was comfortable enough to sleep in for the night and ac definitely works cooled it right down. And they had a free breakfast and it satisfied my whole family. Had a nice variety. I would stay there again for a night just not a weekend long. As I go with family."
