"Super!"

"The room smelled like someone's basement. Severely dated rooms with furniture and linens of a 1980's vibe. Air conditioner was good, water pressure in the shower was decent, only interacted with the staff once and no issues. I will likely look to stay somewhere else if I'm in the area"

"The minute we walked into the Lobby the manager made us feel welcome with much information of things to do other than what we were there for.. the room was clean and inviting.. the mattress didn't have a spot on it.. the bathroom was clean with hot water at all times .. there weren't any people wandering about to be leary of at all .. I noticed their security cameras were always on in the lobby.. the night clerk was kind and easy to speak with, she calmed my confusion and was extremely helpful.....

"The description that expedia has and what actually is at the property is not the same.There is no restaurant that's attached and they do not have the arcade, which was half the reason why we picked a stay here.I would not recommend this place unless you're absolutely desperate"

"Check-in at entrance kiosk was weird. The process was with the receptionist remote on video. There was a 5 second delay in communications and poor audio on both ends making conversation difficult. Had to agree to a $100 deposit with an unexplained additional tax to be taken from it. There was no staff on site at 5:30 pm check in. In the morning, there was a person at the desk who explained Expedia has not updated thei system to collect an additional NY 3% room tax. She also maintained nice fresh...

"To be perfectly honest when we entered the room we thought 😮 WOW !!! We should sleep like babies . . . The room was the size of a babies room and it may as well have been fitted with furniture from a small camper. We have stayed in nicer tents than this room! Description of the property was quite deceptive to say the least as well as the description of the surrounding area and availability of amenities and activities. Extremely disappointing and the price was absolutely ridiculous 😡"
