"Good small hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location in heart of Recoleta with good cafés & restaurants only a few steps away. Rooms are large with all facilities but a little austere, fine if you’re going to be out sightseeing, I only noticed because I was in the room working. My room was a bit noisy, probably because I was on the second floor facing the street so street noise woke me early. Lovely sunny pool area & small pool on 11th floor."

"This is an exceptional hotel, I highly recommend the Recoleta Grand and would book again if I was to come back to BA! It’s in a great spot which is super easy to use as a base for exploring the city. The room/amenities were fresh and luxurious, we asked for a later check out which was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was impressive with great variety and inclusions. The service here is particularly wonderful. The staff every morning at breakfast were super attentive and pleasant. A particular shout-out to Hugo who made an awesome first impression when we arrived and gave us such a friendly and warm welcome to the hotel and our room, helping with our bags and all sorts of questions. Last and not least, we found this to be awesome value for money. The hotel is new and it seems that they will open more eating and drinking venues in the building imminently which will make it even better. Highly recommend."
