Clean hotel, easy walk to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was very good. Multiple elevators kept things moving! Very nice staff and room service was delicious.

# Hotel Recife Marina: Beach Bliss Perfect beachfront spot on Boa Viagem with modern, comfortable rooms. Excellent Brazilian breakfast with fresh tropical fruits. Helpful staff who know the area well. Great value and ideal location for exploring Recife's historic sites. The pool needs updating, but the ocean views and service more than make up for it.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This hotel is very well kept. My room was very sound proof and quiet. The bathroom was ample. The room had plenty of space with amazing ocean views. Breakfast is excellent. They have 4 elevators don't have to wait long for an elevator. The hotel feels quite luxe for the price it's good value for money.

Love the location, shopping mall is just a 10 - 15 ride away. Most of all love that I can walk across the street and be on the beach in 5 minutes.

Gostei muito do hotel. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. A cama é muito boa, o banheiro é grande e confortável. O serviço de limpeza do quarto é bom, embora tenha acontecido sempre quase no final da tarde. Tive problemas com o acesso ao canal Youtube na tv, liguei para a recepção e, mesmo sendo quase meia noite, o técnico veio rapidamente e resolveu. O hotel tem estacionamento mas não informa que é terceirizado e pago. Quando chegamos fomos informados que é pago, que tem serviço de manobrista e a diária custa R$ 25,00. Mas o serviço é muito bom.

Trans America 3 week stay

Hotel is nice, location is great but service is off. Service is slow and they forget easily. I would have to order water 3 different times until they finally bring it up 3 hours later. Same for bath towels. Also, bed sheets are stained/burned… I asked them to change it twice during my 3 week stay but they never did. They just make the bed and leave these ugly dirty sheets.

A experiência como um todo foi muito ruim. Pedimos um berço e uma banheira para dar banho na bebê de 6 meses e eles emprestaram. A banheira estava suja, com pelos e com uma espécie de lodo, como se nunca fosse higienizada. O AC é muito forte de de frente para a cama, então não tinha opção de não passar muito frio a não ser desligar o aparelho e passar calor, isso não ajudou o nosso sono e da bebê. Mesmo colocando em 25 graus a cama ficava gelada. O restaurante estava em reforme e o café da manhã foi servido numa sala de reuniões no mezanino, onde o AC sempre estava muito forte e a sala gelada. Deixava o ovo mexido na mesa e ia pegar um café, quando voltava o ovo já estava gelado. Por último, o chuveiro não estava funcionando. Ao abrir a torneira da água quente, saíam apenas gotas. A comida do restaurante não é muito boa também. Pedi um camarão com crosta de algo e risoto e o risoto estava duro e seco. Por último, os preços do frigobar parecem abusivos. Cobram 10 reias por uma água de 269ml.

O quarto disponibilizado estava num andar em reforma. Andar (piso, portas) extremamente sujo, quarto muito empoeirado com um buraco no teto fechado apenas por fita adesiva... lamentável. Nao tinha toalhas para a qtd de hospedes e tbem nao tinha sabonete líquido (compartimentos vazios), srndo necessario solicitar.

A estadia em sí foi rápida e tranquila. Achei o custo do estacionamento um pouco elevado e o café da manhã razoavel. Atenção máxima ao atendimento na recepção, de total excelência, cheguei de madrugada e fui muito bem atendido pela equipe que estava lá. A estrutura do hotel está merecendo uma reforma.
