It is cute outside. Bedrooms ok but my bedroom since I got in I felt a bad smell. They told me it could be mod and cleaned but didn't work well. I still smelling it . It was from the bathroom, probably because of the rain...

ATENDIMENTO MUITO RUIM

Na chegada/ recepção, já me deparei com cliente reclamando do atendimento recebido na pousada e o gerente, somente falando que iria apurar os fatos. No dia do meu checkout, a saída do estacionamento estava bloqueada devido a obras na via, novamente o mesmo gerente me informou que todos os clientes forma comunicados, AFIRMEI que estava na pousada que havia feito consumo e jantado na mesma e não fui avisado e nem comunicado por qualquer pessoa da Pousada. Ao invés de tentar resolver e tentar liberar a passagem, ele foi levantar junto a recepção se eu havia sido comunicado (ao qual constatou que não correu) e se esquivando da responsabilidade da comunicação e tentando se isentar da responsabilidade. Em resumo, nada foi resolvido pela pousada, um dos trabalhadores da obra agilizou o processo para liberação da saída do estacionamento. Eu e minha esposa ficamos aguardando por quase 03 horas a liberação, sem qualquer assistência da pousada, nem a oferta de água. Por fim, a pousada é razoável, mas o atendimento foi lamentável do início ao fim.

Pousada muito boa

Eu amei a pousada. Os funcionários são muito solícitos, atenciosos e educados. A limpeza dos quartos e banheiro e muito boa. O café da manhã e bem servido e variado. A pousada possui restaurante e servem almoço e janta com preço justo e boa comida. Pousada pé na areia, a praia é um pouco agitada, mas como está em área de mar aberto é esperado que seja mesmo. Recomendo a estadia.

A localização em si é boa, pé na areia. Mas tem alguns pontos em que deixa a desejar, questao de limpeza de algumas areas, principalmente ali onde é servido café/almoço/janta. O aspecto de algumas coisas parece esta com gordura, acredito muito por conta do salito, porem isso acredito que de para melhorar. Ali tambem tem muitas mesas para pouco espaço. O chao em si de todo hotel fica “escorregadio” acredito por conta também do salito, so que tudo isso é desagradável, os vidros, tudo. Ja ficamos em hoteis beira mar onde nao era assim. E fora no banheiro o cheiro ruim que subia do ralo. Enfim. O pessoal como um todo é simpático, prestativo.

Gostei da Pousada, bem localizada, praia em frente boa, atendimento bom, quarto espaçoso. Café da manhã bom, as refeições que fizemos na pausadas foram boas. Atendimento dos funcionários foi boa. A área externa muito bonita e uma vista direta pro mar, muito legal!

A pousada é linda, bem cuidada , com duas piscinas e pé na areia. Apesar do mar ser mais agitado é um dos mais bonitos. Quarto confortável e limpo. Café da manhã com variedades. A pousada conta com restaurante e bar , porém um problema que se torna inevitável, por serem abertos para atendimento ao publiyde fora, as vezes vc vai tomar café a mesa já está ocupada com pessoas de fora da pousada, isso vale tbm para as cadeiras de praia. O bar só começa a funcionar às 10hs porque os funcionários que atendem , e se esforça muito para fazer um bom atendimento (Leonardo/Célia) não conseguem estar no salão do café e atender ao bar. Então, como em outra hospedagem que ficamos em JP, essa tbm peca pela falta de funcionários. Querem atender com quadro reduzido , limitando seus hóspedes a uma experiência muito melhor, no caso dessa pousada em si, se torna mais complicado pelo atendimento ao público externo, sendo que a pousada não tem estrutura para atender nem seus próprios hóspedes.

Funcionários super educados e gentis, pousada limpa, quartos aconchegantes e limpinhos. Fica a 2,5 km do centrinho de Porto de galinhas e da praia de Porto de galinhas. O mar em frente à pousada é bravo, mas conseguimos entrar um pouco. Com certeza voltaria novamente.
