Staff is the best this place has to offer! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The place itself wasn’t my favorite. Very dark with old furniture and small bedroom. The view of Recife from the dining area and our bedroom was breathtaking. After couple of days one can get used to staying there but I won’t be returning.

We recommend it highly
Lovely accomodation, prime location, friendly and welcoming staff! We would definitely recommend and stay there again. The room was beautiful all very clean and comfortable. The friendly reception staff speaks English, there's an excellent in house restaurant and breakfast also deserves top marks.

go to the pousada cuatro caminos instead
This pousada was dirty and mosquito infested. The manager is kind and helpful but the other front of house staff are peculiar - we had a very strange welcome.

Sehr Schöne Poussada. Zentral in der Altstadt von Olinda. Zimmer sehr individuell eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr guter Service. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick. Essen im Bistro welches zum Haus gehört sehr leckeres essen

Anúncio enganoso (sem estacionamento)
Reservamos nesta pousada pois no anuncio disse que tinha estacionamento disponível, mas a informação é falsa chegamos cansados e além de não ter estacionamento, pois no anúncio mente com relação a isso, nenhum funcionário foi predisposto a indicar onde, a recepcionista apenas falou que se desejassemos cancelar não teria problema. Mas decidimos ficar apesar disso. Outro ponto foi que tomamos banho 3 dias com água fria, mesmo eles dizendo que a manutenção estava trabalhando nisso, não foi resolvido. Foi bem frustrante. As funcionárias do café da manhã foram bem carismáticas, o ponto forte Não pretendo mais reservar nesta pousada, pois foi frustrante.

A ambientação do hotel é incrível, mas há 2 principais pontos a melhorar, como cheiro. Assim que entramos existe um cheiro que causa de imediato estranheza, e além do que acredito que o ambiente merece e deve ter um aroma, para somar com as demais memórias. No hall da entrada do hotel e da recepção muito empoeirado, detalhes de limpeza no box que é um plástico transparente requer atenção a nível de limpeza.

Maravilhosa a estadia na Pousada do Amparo. Jackie (Jaqueline) nos recebeu no check-in. Nós pedimos dicas e ao invés de dicas, ela deu um verdadeiro e completo roteiro de visitação à Olinda. Sensacional! Sobre a pousada, um charme, linda, rústica, super confortável e aconchegante. Um salve também ao Carlos e toda a equipe da pousada que super nos atendeu bem!!!

Aconchegante!
Ambiente muito acolhedor e com a cara da cidade mesmo. Ficamos pouco tempo, mas adoramos tudo que vimos. O café da manhã maravilhoso e as comidas do restaurante então? Tudo com muito capricho e cuidado. Além da localização ótima para passeios a pé, perto de tudo. Recomendamos demais!
