Aline from the restaurant was amazing! We stayed for about 2 weeks here and she was the highlight. She was kind, courteous and always took care of us. The hotel itself was clean and the front desk was friendly. Pro tips: the elevators take a very long time so plan ahead for that. Also, make sure to charge your room key at the front desk before you try to go upstairs because they run out of “battery” quickly. If you don’t, you’ll have to keep going up and down (learn from us and do this every time you leave and come back so that you can save yourself from the headache of dealing with the elevators). Otherwise, great location and access to local amenities! Loved that Dilplomata was right next door!

Sometimes the elevator wouldn't open so I had to go down a floor to "reset" it. Other than that the hotel was pretty nice.

Quarto amplo e funcional com boas comodidades. Estadia boa de uma noite. Não sei sobre o café porque não tomei. O atendimento no check in foi bem demorado. Só tinha um funcionário. No geral acho que o hotel está precisando de uma penteada no visual. Alguns móveis dos corredores um pouco desgastados passam a ideia de descuido.

Esse hotel não deveria usar a marca Mercure. Esta bem precario,porta com problema,ar barulhento,tv precisou chamar para funcionar limpeza de corredor também nao estava boa. Tem aviso de reforma mas nao vi movimento nesse sentido. Café da manhã bao tomei.

良い点：部屋が広い。清潔。シャワーの温度・水圧問題なし。ビーチに近い。 悪い点：カードキーが頻繁に使えなくなるので、そのたびにフロントに行かなければならない。ドアの建付けが悪く開けるのに力が要る。部屋でのWiFiの接続があまり良くない（ロビーでの接続は問題ない）。朝食があまり良くない。

A localização é ótima, Os quartos são grandes, as camas muito confortáveis, mas o hotel precisa de uma atualização nos revestimentos cerâmicos dos banheiros e uma pintura nas portas dos quartos.

Ótima localização, 10 minutos do aeroporto e próximo de mercados, tem padaria anexado no prédio do hotel, atendentes atenciosos e simpáticos, quarto grande e confortável, banheiro com acessórios de banho de ótimo qualidade. Café da manhã bom. Ponto negativo: Internet wi-fi não funciona.
