"This property from the start to end with staff interaction and hospitality were unprofessional and unwilling to be courteous. The property was poorly lit, dirty, and multiple things were broken. This included a door that could not lock, broken toilet lid, terrible smell in the apartment and soiled linens. "

"Very good location for the centre of Meribel. Our room faced the centre and was overlooking the main road which was fairly noisy. However, room was very clean, good showers and facilities.
Staff were very helpful and engaging."

"Lovely stay, slopes are 15 metre walk from the front entrance, reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is a little trickier than the website suggests but still plenty of options. Bar below the hotel so apres walk back is good and location is near hire shops etc. "
