"We had reserved and paid for a 2 bed room but were given a single bed with a roll away. We were not given any advanced notice of the change and were not able to cancel and look for other accommodations. It was very hard to shower as the curtain did not reach the floor and had no barrier preventing the shower floor from flooding."

"We loved our stay at the Trail Hotel over Memorial Day weekend. We originally planned for two nights but had to extend our stay after our vehicle broke down and we couldn’t find a rental car or service because of the holiday weekend. "We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Maple Hill is a piece of living history and it was a privilege to stay there. The owners are excellent stewards of this absolute gem. "We really enjoyed our stay this year, it’s the second year that we stayed at this motel. Rooms are always clean, comfortable beds and room service is great. They tidy up the rooms everyday.
