Hotel berdekatan Ravana Falls

"The property didn’t have our booking so after 1/2h waiting around not knowing what was happening, they arranged another room somewhere else for us. The other hotel was much cheaper and not as nice so we agreed as long as we had a compensation for the inconvenience and price difference it was fine. The owner agreed to give us free dinner and breakfast. The next day they gave us the bill for both, plus asked us to pay for the new room threatening to call the police (but I had already paid...

"We had a lovely stay at Ella Retreat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and included a fridge, kettle, little cooktop and kitchen sink which was handy. We had one of the best breakfasts of our trip here - it was delicious and very generous with portions, with lots of options to choose from. Just look out for the monkeys who might pay you a visit with an eye for your food! Complimentary archery was fun, and we loved the rustic charm of the place. Please note that you can...

"I loved this hotel it's so good, cheap, comfortable rooms I got the one with balcony and it was amazing i even could see the sunrise in the morning. The staff is amazing and supportive I got everyday bottles of water and good breakfast and even tuk tuk to go everywhere. It's very quiet around and a great walk from the hotel to the main road."

"Tranquility and friendly staff"

"Perfect stay in a more quiet area of Ella. You will be in the center shortly. The best thing about our stay was the excellent breakfast served on our private balcony with an amazing view. If we ever come back to Ella again…. This is the place we will stay!"

"Très agréable. Très bonne vue. Aucum vis a vis."

"The property was going through renovations when we got there, there was dust everywhere, and we were the only ones there, Very disappointed that they failed to mention that the property is under construction before we got there, Took ages for the water to warm up, ended up basically having a very cold showers, The owners moved us to another property the next day, which was no better, lacked the amenities that were offered in the original itinerary, but they’d did compensate us with a free...

"Andra gäster hade fest och spelade hög musik sent in på natten. Trots att vi sade till personalen 3 gånger slutade inte musiken och vi fick knappt någon sömn. Frukosten var däremot ok."

"This hotel was not in Expedia as per this property manager when we tried to checkin. I have not got refund yet. Please don’t book here and this hotel says that they don’t have any booking through Expedia. Expedia still researching for resolution. "

"The room was excellent. Had everything I needed. Only thing I would add is an additional plug socket to the room. Melani was phenomenal from the start and throughout, she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and Melani checked what I wanted and even accommodated things like getting low fat options, which she didn’t need to do. The star of this hotel besides the staff is the view from the balcony! Looking out onto Ella was lovely,...
