I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. "The Hotels is in beautiful location overlooking the lakes and mountains.As you enter the hotel you are met by the most helpful reception staff and the decor of the hotel is incredible. The comfort and quality of the accomodation was more than perfect. Restaurants and bars over look the views and encourages you to switch off and relax. The pool and sauna overlooks the scenery also. "Room was comfortable and shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Conveniently located-especially loved having pubs on both sides of hotel. Staff was very courteous. One downside: Wi-fi did not have a strong signal in room. Overall a great experience!"

"The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. "

"Hotel am Stadtrand aber mit grossem Parkplatz. Zimmer gut ausgestattet, aber sehr weit von Rezeption und Frühstücksrsum, Restaurant und Bar entfernt. Zeitgleich mit uns waren unglaublich viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern da. Schwimmbad, Sauna, Dampfbad schön, aber für den Pool wird eine Badekappe benötigt, die man für 2,50 kaufen kann/muss."
