"The room was clean. The A/C worked amazing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the sheets and blankets had burn holes in them. I choose a smoking room so I’ll take half the blame that’s what I get. At the same time if you allow smoking rooms then you should be prepared to throw a lot of linens away and not make other customers use sheets and blankets that others burned. Just because I am a smoker doesn’t mean I want to use linens that clearly needed to be thrown away. I would have understood if there were only a couple small spots that could have been overlooked but that was the case by any means. Both sheets and blanket had multiple burn holes, a couple of them being very large spots. There was no way possible that housekeeping could have overlooked them by accident while making the bed. "

"Stayed here previously without issues. This time was different. First room had an awful smell. Staff did change our room. Second room also had a very odd smell (like maple syrup) but was not disgusting like the first. When showering, we noticed mold on ceiling (took pics). Breakfast next morning was luke-warm to cold. I even asked to refill the sausage gravy because it was empty, but it was cold. Left message for manager to call me. No call received after 4 days. I called again and left a second message...24 hours later still not call back. Disappointing."

" No breakfast even though it was advertised . Room not clean and stank of smoke although it was a no smoking room. Coffee pot filthy. No hairdryer either. No one at reception when we arrived, the guy at the desk said she was in the laundy and we would have to wait. 15 minutes before she turned up. Not a good stay "

"This place is the most horrible hotel I ever stayed at. We had to change rooms three different times because the toilets wasn’t working for the water pressure wasn’t working and one of the AC units was leaking water everywhere. They kept coming up with all types of excuses, then he wouldn’t even give me my refund."

"There is nothing good to say about this property. There were prostitutes in the parking lot; loud noises throughout hall; there were cobwebs in the corners of the room; the sheets were stained and the mattress was horrible; and there were police showing up at 5 am with sirens & lights shining in my room. They were there for the room above me. Absolutely no rest all night."

"Nasty smelling carpet, smoke smelling room, even though it’s a non-smoking room, trash cans between the office and the rooms outside were overflowing a bug getting in the bathroom shower"
