Modern hotel with a rooftop Infinity Pool with a good view of Bangkok's skyline. Got a ticket for a welcome drink which was nice. We booked two rooms which were joining rooms which was nice. They only accept cash deposits and don't give it back to you until they inspect the rooms before you leave. The inspection actually discovered my daughter leaving her Apple charger and cord there so actually helpful. Room's AC was powerful and made the room a bit cold even when I raised it up to 26 celcius.
Ari is quite a bit different from Sukhumvit as it feels more local than touristy. But if you look for the trendy cafes, they are there in Ari although they are way more expensive than typical Thai stores.
I would stay at the Ari again if I wanted to stay in that neighborhood.

"They need to make it more upgraded. The safety is my concern too. My room is by the stairwell and it's scary if someone can sneak in from the stairwell. Sofas are kinda used up. They use a lot MSG in the restaurant. I was sick for the entire stay after eaten the first meal."
