"The staff and spa were excellent. Unfortunately on our way through Paris my friend took a spill down the escalator as we did not make it until the following morning. I did reach out and was still accommodated. Thank you!"

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are readily available and helpful. Three types of water are available at all times. It’s in the central area of town which is walkable to just about everything. The breakfast is not free but it has everything and more! "

"Great hotel, unbelievable breakfast and really amazingly decorated spa. Two small issues were the air conditioning was not strong enough and that the parking was very expensive as there are no hotel parking spots"
