Excellent location and access to tramway. Very helpful staff and breakfast has all you need to feel good for the beginning of new day plus cost is included in price of stay.
I would stay there again if Old Town is your main interest.

This is perhaps the nicest hotel that i have ever stayed at in all my travels.
The staff are first rate friendly and helpful.
The hotel is emaculate and the facilities like the thermal pool and spa are just so relaxing you could not wish for a better experience.
If you chose to stay at this hotel you cannot go wrong, you made an excellent choice.

We were disappointed with the property and had to change rooms twice. Webooked for 3 people as 1 king and 1 twin bed. But we got a roller bed instead.
Daily cleaning was quite bad. Even the bed was not made right.
There were people living under our room (not guests but employees) and they were very loud till 1-2 am that made us wake up and had to compain at that time.
Huge pillar inside the room was very inconvenient.
Overall it was not a good room. The location was excellent though.
