Bathroom shower shocked me the entire time, had to leave after 1 night of our stay. Deceiving ad, and owner doesn’t want to refund after the inadequacy. Disappointed on hotels.con part, this place needs to be unlisted."

"Lovely staff in all areas. Bar Manager Wael was great. Always making sure we were happy with the service. Barmen work hard everywhere, always smiling and eager to pkease. Good location. Choice of pools. We chose Chillax, over 16's. Restaurant staff very helpful. Air con in the rooms not overly effective, but it was 45 degrees 😂. Would go again."
