"A lot of construction work in the area! But other than that - nice hotel and very nice staff! But … one thing we didn’t like at all: The big dining hall needs a makeover - outside and inside!!! This is not Waldorf - 5 Star standard! Also the food, especially in the evening - was overcooked, loveless garnished and served! It remembered more of a school lunch hall than a five star hotel!"

"It was ok not woow. Flat was big but deducted more then i was suppose to pay and Housekeeping was not done unlike other properties if we request during our stay. No buffet breakfast was available. It was like order which took alot of time and most of daily eating items were not available during breakfast. "

"We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is positioned in the higher price range. Given this, we expected the rooms to be in an exclusive condition. However, we noticed that some areas, such as the villa furnishings and overall maintenance, could use some improvements. A timely renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite these concerns, we truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the beautiful setting and friendly staff."

"Everything was amazing, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating we were with our 8 month old, and they were kind enough to get us a baby tub and a sterilizer which I really appreciated. However the pool was old and needed major maintenance, the tiles was broken all over. Other than that we loved our stay!"

"The hotel was very clean. The staff through the hotel always said Hello, very friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was good, alot of choices. Beds were a little small( we had the 2 full beds). Wish they would go back to 2 queens in each room, more convenient with 3 people. All in all a great 2 day stay."
