"The only positive thing I can say is that this placd was newly renovated and clean. This hotel also engages in price gouging at busy times. Over $300 for a 2-star hotel is insane and I didn’t realize until after we already checked in that prices had gone down significantly after we booked. The hotel is very noisy—the walls/doors must be made out of paper. I got to listen to every word of conversation from multiple rooms as loud as if they were in the room right next to my ear, could hear people using the toilet and showering, and heard the constant chiming of the elevator despite being not near it. And the worst of all, at 6:45 in the morning got awoken by someone violently vomiting and coughing for 15 minutes straight when I really needed to be sleeping. Only book if you are noise tolerant. I also offered this feedback to the hotel when checking out and they didn’t respond."

"Room was not clean, pee odor as soon as I stepped in, the fridge had old food in it which I showed them as soon as I walked in the room. As soon as you entered the hotel, the first thing is the laundry place, the odor was just not pleasant at all. They charged me over $250 a night so I thought I was paying for something nice!!!! They only option they had for me when I told them everything was to give me a credit for next stay. I told them I don’t see myself staying here anymore. I was in town for my son soccer tournament and there was barely any place to stay but we live almost 2hrs away and the game the next day was possible at 8am. Very disappointing!!!! Then they say they can’t give me any credit back on my card because I paid through a third party…I told them it still didn’t make sense to me because i paid more than half of it with my debit card…..I am just speechless….all they said is management said they are sorry there is nothing they can do. I hope your company enjoys my hard earned money! Thanks"

"I had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and made it very uncomfortable to stay there. Cleanliness clearly isn’t being taken seriously. On top of that, the staff was very unpleasant to deal with. They were unhelpful when concerns were brought up and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issues. Good customer service can make a big difference, but that was definitely lacking here. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this location. Between the poor cleanliness and the unfriendly staff, it was not a good experience at all."
