"Our family had the best time at Omni Ranch Resort. The rooms and grounds were so clean and well kept. We ate at both restaurants, the palm cafe and poolside, the food at each of them was excellent. The different pool options, lazy river and water slides were so fun. This was our second time staying here and we will be back for sure."
The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs
10/10 Excellent
"Cheyenne at the front desk was friendly when she greeted us and was able to check us in sooner than expected....Thank you Cheyenne! The amenities in the villa along with the shared door in between, were great. Clean and spacious bedrooms, enough room for 6 people to sleep comfortably between both sides, living room areas, dining table, balconies with furniture, washer/dryer, kitchen etc all well worth the cost. The property was clean and there was a nice view from our balcony. Will be staying here again in the future!"
"Westin in Rancho Mirage was an amazing resort. Rooms were clean, amenities were robust. My complaints were when I checked in my room was not ready, so I was willing to take any room. I was in building 1 and had a long walk, and when I got to room my key card was not working. I contacted someone and they arrived after about 10 min and let me in. The second, and more concerning was when I was at the pool an attendant walked by, but did not ask me for an order. I went to the bar and ordered food, and the bartender told me she would bring it over, her name was Sam. That food never came, and I asked Andrew if he could check on it, and he said yes. Another 15ish min went by and no one ever came over. I went back to the bar and again asked and Sam eventually brought my order. It was only chips and salsa, so not like it had to be made. From that point on Andrew never came by and asked if my wife and I wanted anything else...horrible customer service! other than that that place is a great stay!"
"Air conditioner worked great. Electric outlet in the bathroom not working, inconvenient when you need to plug in a blow dryer in front of a mirror. Parking spaces are tight. I don't like my car being that close to other cars. Good location, however it definitely is a motel 6 and not the Hilton. You get what you pay for. The office staff there were accommodating and nice enough."
"We stayed 1 night and all was well. Staff was friendly & helpful. Great hotel in a nice location across the street from The River which has restaurants & shops."
"This place is amazing. First time here staying at the hotel. All staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make the stay perfect!! It was a Tuesday when we checked in and they put us in a suite. We got room service and the food was great!! I did it want to leave!"
