"The pool was a mess and the buildings surrounding the pool need to be torn down. They offer no early check in (even though we were told they would allow one, along with a late check out, for a fee.) Their late check out did not exist either, as we were told they normnally allow it, but all of the early check outs were already claimed for the day. So when they say 10am check out , they mean it. The cleaning crew was there promptly at 10am and no exceptions. Basically felt like a police eviction. "

The desk clerk expressed little interest or concern for this request, and it has not been sent. This item is of no value to anyone else, but it will cost me $270.00 to replace it. I am disappointed that the staff didn’t take the time to locate and mail this charger to me."
