We had never stayed at a WoodSpring Suites and only booked it due to the lower price and shorter stay. The manager "on duty" was nice and kind upon arrival. The room however, was not worth recommending. The bathtub was dirty, the floors were dirty, the full-sized bed was on a frame that felt so unstable and of poor quality. Every time we moved on the bed, the entire bed moved! The mattress was poor quality as were the paper thin pillows on the bed. The room was next to the parking lot and a main road so every vehicle and noise was heard the entire night. The walls were so thin we heard every person that would come and go in the hotel. There were no amenities in the hotel room (coffee maker, kleenex tissue, hair dryer, etc.) It was not comfortable to rest in let alone "hang out in" during the day. We complained to the same manager who told us "he would not even stay in this hotel", but the hotel management would not refund 2 nights stay that we were cancelling. After an entire weekend of over a dozen phone calls, Expedia also failed us and would not step in to work with us or assist. We paid for 2 nights we did not stay and were forced to pay for another hotel in addition to it. As additional feedback, people actually LIVE in this hotel. They are not quality people and one person allowed for their pit bull dog to antagonize our dogs. It was a terrible experience and we would not recommend it at all!
