"At this price i found it ok. Don't go with high expectations in terms of facilities such as basic amenities, because it looks more house than a hotel. Overall cleaning is good and most important it is very near to Assi Ghat. "

"Comfy, clean room. Good location, very close to Assi ghat.
Linen was not too fresh, somwone's hair on the pillows. No toilet paper in the bathroom.
Apparebtly, it also takes 15 mins to check out in the morning. That is if there are no other guests checking out at the same time. It would have been good to know before I arranged for the taxi pickup ")
All in all, good value for money; and with some simple improvements, it has the potential for excellency. "

"I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here"

"Fellow customer chanting from 5.30am in garden. Can not enjoy earthly morning sunrise from your own balcony. Brought it to hotel staffing but they didn’t take care. Showed them videos with timing but nothing happened. Paid too much money for too much inconvenience. Think twice before booking this property. Definitely not recommending. "

"The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. "
