The staff lacked professionalism and proper training, showing little understanding of how to operate in the hospitality industry. I was misled into booking a different hotel owned by the same group, located in an alleyway, which was still under construction and not ready for guests. The WiFi was unreliable, and the staff resorted to makeshift solutions rather than addressing the issue properly. The only positive aspect was the hotel’s location.

The only thing good abt it was close to the main road with little bit of turns and easier to get transportation but for the first timers you can get easily lost in this roundabout so called galiyaan better ask a hotel staff to pick you up at the main Nandi chowk & there’s no breakfast or food available have to get outside .

New property , clean, well appointed and spacious room with good toilet. (Hot water Geyser not yet installed) . Walkable distance to Dashaswamedh ghat, Shri Kashi Vishwanath Mandir. No access to property by car. You need to hire a rickshaw from Mazda parking. Call hotel in advance to arrange pickup.

Nach dem Lesen anderer Bewertungen war ich zunächst verunsichert. Bei der Ankunft jedoch war alles perfekt. Mir wurden drei Zimmer zur Auswahl angeboten, ich entschied mich für das erste (104). Das Zimmer war sauber. Angesichts des Preises und der Lage kann man keinen Fünf-Sterne-Luxus erwarten. Es gab zwar leichte Flecken am Bett, aber es war hygienisch. Das Bett war sehr hart, ich habe aber erstaunlich gut geschlafen. ​Ausgezeichneter Service und WLAN ​Der Service war exzellent! Eine fehlende Rolle Toilettenpapier wurde innerhalb von zwei Minuten gebracht. Das WLAN funktionierte bestens. Ich wurde mehrfach gefragt, ob ich etwas benötige. So einen guten Service bieten nicht einmal manche Vier-Sterne-Häuser! ​Mängel: Lärm, Reinigung und Warmwasser ​Leider muss ich Sterne abziehen: Nachts war es fast lauter als tagsüber. Entweder bellte ein Hund oder es knallten Türen. Dies schien vom Personal verursacht zu werden – unerträglich! ​Die Zimmerreinigung war quasi unbekannt; nicht einmal der Mülleimer wurde geleert. Erst nach der 5. Nacht wurde ich nachmittags gefragt, ob ich eine Reinigung wünsche. ​Ein weiteres großes Problem: Das Bad hatte kein Warmwasser in der Dusche (am Waschbecken war es in Ordnung). Ein Bad ohne Warmwasser ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. ​Schwerwiegender Vorfall: Durchsuchung des Zimmers ​Hier fällt sogar noch ein Stern weg. Am 30.11.2025, zwischen 15:30 Uhr und 17:30 Uhr, wurde mein Zimmer durchsucht! Ein Angestellter des Hotels wurde von Kameras gefilmt, wie e
