"The staff were amazing. By far the best customer service of any hotel I’ve stayed at. All staff were friendly, chatty and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spotless and the cocktails delicious. Highly recommend staying here. They also offer a great happy hour including $2 oysters and whilst we didn’t get a chance to have happy hour we did enjoy our time in the bar. "

"It was a very nice, clean hotel and the staff was very courteous. It has a restaurant and bar, which was nice, but the one thing that was strange was the restaurant, Charcoal, is closed for dinner Monday-Wednesday, so we could only get breakfast and weren't able to have dinner there. But great stay otherwise, very centrally located and easy to get around from there. If I ever get back to Hobart, Tasmania, I would absolutely stay here again."

"Communication is on par. Received up to date information. Had everything needed plus more in the kitchen. Very clean place. Only thing missing was a coffee machine. Only had instant coffee which is unfortunate. "
