The response was to thank us for the updated time and a number was provided to coordinate with the local representative. We did, no response. We arrived as we indicated and waited outside for over an hour and a half! It turns out that during the initial contact we were provided an incorrect number for the local representative. "The setup for the rooms was a bit weird but it’s manageable. There was black mold in our bathroom. The bus stop was about a four minute walk which wasn’t bad at all! just a lot of slopes and hills. definitely not friendly for disabled guests."
