"I stayed at a Days Inn in another state years ago and it was clean, so I booked three nights at this College Station location. We arrived and checked in around 10 pm. Once we got into the room, we saw roaches everywhere. We left immediately and headed back to the front desk, stating we could not stay there. The front desk personnel was very understanding and didn't give us a hard time about cancelling our reservation so we could leave. While the check-in staff was helpful, the room conditions were completely unacceptable. We had to spend until 1 am driving to 5-6 different hotels looking for availability. It was an exhausting and deeply frustrating experience for my family. I cannot recommend this property due to the state of the rooms."

"This hotel is very old and dated, which would have been okay if it had been clean, but it was not. The room smelled unpleasant odors, with a sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, mold in the bathroom, sticky furniture, and hair and stains on the walls. The room felt more like an old apartment that had not been properly cleaned or maintained in decades. The reviews and photos did not match our experience. The pool was green and appeared not to be open yet. The only positive was that the breakfast was good for the price."

"The room was clean, the door was hard to shut, constant bugs in the room, large ones and smaller ones. unfortunately, the hotel cannot supervise all guests that stay but lots of labour workers that stay here and are up late and leave at 5am to load their trucks to go to work. It's very loud late evening and very early morning. Lots of music was playing on the weekend, late into the night. The pool had no signs that it was closed, nor was it on the website as the manager advised me, I could not use the pool. The weather conditions were favorable for the pool to be open. Disappointing as it was a weekend to relax and felt it was not relaxing at all. All the pool deck furniture was out, lounge chairs and sofa. No umbrellas or anything that resembled what had been posted on their website was out on the pool deck. At least the TV was working and provided Netflix and bed was comfortable."
