"I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. Once the information was submitted, followed by a secondary transaction of a significant sum in the reception to act as damage waiver, we were finally granted access to our room. "The plug in the sink in our bathroom could not be fixed as reception called us at 10pm asking if we wanted to swap rooms! We were in bed! And no hot water the next morning throughout the whole hotel"
