"Upon checkin the lobby was filled with marijuana smoke and smell. The shower in our room wouldn’t drain, room was 1/2 clean. The breakfast was terrible and the staff when asked weren’t too happy to take care of the guests."

However, the situation became even worse — later, I found more feces in another area of the room. This clearly shows a serious lack of cleanliness and proper housekeeping standards. Being a pet-friendly hotel is not an excuse for poor hygiene. On the contrary, it requires even stricter cleaning procedures. It is unacceptable that carpets are not properly cleaned, and I had to spend at least one night in a room contaminated with animal waste. This experience was extremely disturbing and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic cleanliness and hygiene"
