"Bathrub full of hair stuck to shower walls. 1st morning people start drilling and banging remodeling no warning charged elevated prices due to an event. 2nd day wake up at 5:30 fire alarm doesn’t turn off until 7:30+ then remodeling starts at 8:30 Complained to staff nothing done about it charging 250+ a night while renovating and no warning of renovations. 100% not happy 100% nothing done about it. No sleep felt robbed too it off have to wait 20 minutes for someone to open and close a gate for parking in a factor truck not forced in oversized parking. Poor customer service don’t help but smile and greet you and do nothing. Never again!"
