"Excelentemente ubicado. La propiedad es fantástica. La habitación con terraza ubicada en el 5 piso, era pequeña y la temperatura del agua de la ducha era difícil de fijar. Fluctuaba entre fría y caliente obligando a estar corrigiéndola constantemente. Asimismo el extractor del baño era extremadamente ruidoso convietiendo la ducha en algo tortuoso. El desayuno bueno y variado. La ubicación inmejorable. Las instalaciones excelentes. Recomiendo este hotel en Ragusa. "

"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a spa or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."

We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. My wife and I are not kids but when we arrived, after not being met at the train station as promised we had to carry our bags up about 75-100 steps to our room.
