Our stay was perfect. The hotel and surrounding areas were clean and every staff member was helpful and kind. The breakfast was plentiful and the accommodations were perfect. Room was nice and big and super clean. Parking great too. Could not ask for better.

Very nice.
Very nice hotel with two pools and lots of sunbeds. Foods was good and there was plenty to do in the area.

Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen!
Das Hotel wirbt mit seiner Lage "am Strand", mit schönen Bildern der Liegen im Sand. Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch gebucht. ABER: das Hotel liegt NICHT am Strand, sondern 2 Strassen zurückversetzt, in der Nähe des Strandes. Die gezeigten Bilder zeigen einen Strand, der nicht zum Hotel gehört und nur unter Kostenfolge (€20.- pro Tag) besucht werden kann. Das ist übles Marketing und hat uns den Besuch ziemlich vergällt.

Das Personal war nicht nur nicht ausgebildet, sondern auch noch unfreundlich. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war zwar relativ umfangreich, aber lieblos. Wenn mehrere Personen gleichzeitig Kaffee aus der Maschine rauslassen wollten, fiel regelmässig die Sicherung aus. Es gab keine Omelette, obwohl ein Koch zugegen war; der jedoch nur Crèpes und Spiegeleier zubereiten konnte/durfte. Die Rühreier waren immer kalt. Es lohnt sich keineswegs im teureren Palace zu buchen, da es keinerlei Vorteile bietet. Die Lage zum Strand und auch zum Ort ist gut. Fazit: das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr schlecht. Es entspricht keineswegs einem 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Gentili ospiti anonimi, ricordiamo bene il Vs soggiorno e anche la Vs dimenticanza del checkout l'ultimo giorno. Ci dispiace che non abbiate apprezzato la nostra ricchissima e tradizionale colazione, purtroppo non si possono in vacanza mantenere le abitudini di casa, ma bastava chiedere e avremmo assecondato i Vs desideri. purtroppo scrivere dopo la partenza e in forma anonima non aiuta nè la struttura nè i futuri ospiti. Grazie comunque
