8.8/10 Excellent! (130 reviews)
The location of the hotel was great, being just off Nanjing Road and close to the People's Square metro station. The room was much smaller than expected but was comfortable enough.
The biggest issue was that the map reference supplied by Hotels.com was inaccurate and took me nowhere near the actual hotel which was very frustrating.
