"Advertised as air conditioned rooms but air-conditioning not functioning at all with a dangerous looking wire hanging from the ceiling. I left the hotel as the room was too hot to sleep in and I was told I would get a full refund if I applied through Expedia. I have done this and Expedia tell me the can’t get through to the hotel to approve the refund."

"This is an older guest house with limited facilities situated in a charming village just minutes from Gatwick Airport. There is no elevator or AC and the rooms are very small.
