"Clear check-in instructions received that were easy to follow. Room was clean. 2x bottles of drinking water were in the room which was appreciated. A nice breakfast included and I believe parking may have been free but I forgot about this and paid to stay in the pay'n'display car park across the road. Excellent value for money. Great location if attending events in Cleethorpes."

"The stay at this hostel was great. Hannah at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and always smiling. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick. The room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. Even though the hotel is close to a railway line, the trains didn't disturb the silence at all. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety."

"Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature. Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to. "One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again"

"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive.
