The check-in front desk Joanna was unprofessional and needs customer service training. I just checked in, went in my room and found that the safe was not working, the phones were not working. I came down to tell her on the issue, rather than give us a new room,she insisted her bell boy could fix it, she made us go to the room again with the bell boy, obviously he couldn't fix it,and we had to come down again to get another room, we could have saved this unnecessary hassle and time, if she would of just gave us a new room. We were already exhausted from our flight and seriously avoided this hassle. She never apologized once! Not a good impression.
