"I would never return to this hotel! The cleanliness was very poor; I didn’t want to touch the bed. The air conditioning filter needed changing, there was visible dirt on the floor by the bed side table, stains on the bed base, faucet drain was clogged…..never again! I would NOT recommend this place!"

"Room had roaches, there were issues with staff, the card machine was down when I checked in after like 20 mins the staff decided to waive the deposit the next morning the front desk guy demanded I go pay for the deposit even tho we were about to check out I explained to him what happened at first he didn’t care and was quite rude . But ended up not charging the deposit, however he told me it don’t matter if I had already paid the room when I booked if deposit is paid I don’t get keys. IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT THE MACHINE DONT WORK OR THE STAFF HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO. The bed was comfy but didn’t appreciate the roaches chillin in the room they didn’t help pay for. I’ll b canceling my return stay."

"Solo traveler I went for 4 days to hang out in CT. This location was close to what I needed. Staff are nice and property is definitely 3 star headed towards 2 stars .. but it gets the job done for the stay. There are no microwaves You can park in the garage for free if you don’t tell the front desk people you have a car other wise it’s $15 per day $3 per hour … They told me I couldn’t use my points at check out to cover food ordered at the bistro .. even though when I was at the bistro, they told me that I could use the points… So I think there’s a level of miscommunication amongst the staff"

"Room was bigger and cleaner than the motel 6 she just stayed at for 2 days. Staff was more nicer n attentive even upgraded my bed to a king size and also ask what floor I would like which was very nice. The only thing I have to complain about is the breakfast I came out around 8ish and there was only 1 pack of granola left and coffee machine is disgusting I’m sorry and there was only a few creamers left so me n my bf kinda had to share a coffee but other than that I wish they had more variety of fruits even a banana would’ve been great. Some ppl choose hotels that offer breakfast over the others but I feel like I was mislead because if coffee from a machine and half jug of juice is what you guys are offering for free breakfast I would choose a different place but if that’s not what ppl are looking for then it’s a nice place to stay bed are comfortable, clean, staff are nice, n affordable depending on the days."

"The rooms were nice and clean, the AC worked great. The beds are a little hard but comfortable enough, the breakfast was nice and hot but the pool was cold… the kids didn’t care though they had a blast. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Over all great stay for families."
