Mauricio's help throughout the trip made everything run smoothly! ALFREDO bar waiter / restaurant staff (egg station lady wonderful)/ was also outstanding as well as everyone at the front desk. SPA area is small, but very clean and the service is just amazing!"

"The room was dirty, specially the bathroom. There was mold and rust stains in the walls. The toilet accessories were broken/needed fixing, the toilet paper holder was not well fixed. The bed sheets and towels had stains. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable due to the state of the facilities. I won't be coming back. "
