Great place to spend just a weekend; it is tranquil and safe. Services could be better. I can't understand how the restaurant and the bar are opposite the pool area. It doesn't make ant sense.

Hi, thanks for your review!! Our hotel is a very old Mexican Hacienda, our pool area ir the newest added construction that is why it is further from the restaurant, also our restaurant is open to public so in order for our guest to have a much more private experience, we try to keep the areas separate!! We hope you enjoyed your stay and see you next time!

We arrived and checked in. I was led to believe by Expedia that the hotel was in/near Tequisquiapan, however it was nearly 1/2 hr away. It was beside a busy highway and across the street from a mall, not the quiet resort I expected. There was a large wedding going on and the 12 piece mariachi band played in front of our window. Music from the wedding reception room played. The staff were cordial but unsympathetic. We checked out less than 1/2 hr later and no refund was offered.

Hi, we are sorry to hear that the hotel was not what you expected, unfortunately we can't do anything about the distance we are from Tequisquiapan or where the mall or highway are situated, but for sure we will be checking that the music from out weddings does not disturb our guests!! Hermoso lugar y la comida deliciosa, sin embargo al llegar e irnos únicamente había una sola persona en recepción y el tiempo de espera se me hizo demasiado. Creo que eso opaca un poco lo bonito de la experiencia y se solucionaría muy fácil poniendo a otra persona en recepción (o incluso si hay, no están al pendiebte)

Golf weekend at San Gil
The only issue was the rudeness was from the person at the reception desk. He provided nothing in regards to hotel information (wifi, location of things etc) and was very unwelcoming. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, and the pool area was under construction but still useable.

Buena ubicación, muy tranquilo excelente para descansar. Alberca climatizada, instalaciones muy bonitas, desayuno buffet los domingos a buen precio.

Si quieres ir a quedarte por Querétaro o cerca ,esta es una buena opción familiar. La habitación es amplia y limpia sobre todo. Nos tocó un incidente con el A/A, pero ya fue en el día que nos íbamos. El precio de la estadía es sin desayuno, solo incluye wifi, usar sus instalaciones y estacionamiento. El desayuno buffet fue completo y rico (165-275MXN), me encantó la verdad. El hotel parece una hacienda literal 👍, a solo 2 horas aprox de la ciudad. La piscina es climatizada, agradable y tiene suficiente mesas, camastros y sillas para los huéspedes. Tienen juegos de entretenimiento como ping pong, juegos de mesa y área de vóleibol, y te venden flotadores y pelota para tus niños. El precio de los alimentos en la piscina si fue un poco elevado para lo que ofrecen. La atención del personal fue muy atenta. Sugerencia : Deben darle mantenimiento a los aires y mejorar el menú del área de piscina si van a mantener esos precios, en cantidad como en calidad.

buena opcion de descanso, buenas instalaciones, comodo, buena cocina, solo la atencion de recepcion deja mucho que desear, mi hora de entrada era a las 14 horas y la habitacion me la entregraron hasta despues de las 16 horas, quedaron de reponerme ese tiempo en la hora de salida lo cual me negaron, me decepciono ese detalle
