"Comfortable bed and many amenities, such as rooftop patio, coffeemaker, dishes and hotplate, refrigerator, fans, iron and ironing board. Staff responded quickly when I had a concern and resolved my request. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Soo cute and they were conscious of the environment, ie no plastic water bottles as they had filtered water in your suite. Super nice staff. Very central to everything. Fresh breakfast too. Yum"

"Loved this hotel"

"The hotel is a little old yet well maintained. It is very well located, blocks from the center of town with multiple restaurants and sites to visit. The staff was excellent."

"This is a very sweet place with very kind staff and a great rooftop restaurant. We will definitely return!"

"Immaculate and up to date property. Nice linens. Crazy comfy bed and pillows. We chose the upgraded room… it was truly huge, as was the two-person shower. Easy street parking. Safe two-block walk to shops, restaurants, antique are, and historical center. Fast check-in and even faster check out. Very happy with our stay."

"Very convenient and safe location to walk anywhere and enjoy the old town."

"Excelente opción de hospedaje, la habitación súper cómoda, estuvimos 4 personas muy a gusto. No llevamos carro, por lo que no tuvimos detalles de estacionamiento. A pie pudimos ir a una plaza comercial y algunas compras básicas, muy buena ubicación. Sin duda será mi opción si regreso a Querétaro. Atención 10 de 10!"

"Me gustó la habitación, buen espacio, limpia y bien ubicada."

"Habitación sucia y con restos de pelo en la ropa de cama"

"Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The food was delicious, and the rooms were super clean. But the best part was definitely the staff, everyone goes above and beyond to give you the best experience! Osvaldo, Majo, Alex, thank you all so much for taking such good care of us!"

"Nice clean room, great location."

"We loved our stay. It is so closely to everything, plus inside parking. I will love if they add a microwave to the rooms. It will be so helpful. Overall really nice. We will be back soon."
