We had the most lovely vacation. It's even better in person. The views are incredible. They were so helpful and even helped us book excursions and a rental car. They were quick to respond anytime we had a question or concern. Best customer service. Washer and dryer worked great. The beach is nearby. There is a beautiful waterfall just at the end of the road. We had fun swimming in it.

It is a nice property, love the design of the outdoor being indoor theme everything is outside except for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. but it is up on a hill and doesn't have direct car access. you have to park at the bottom of the long steps. they did have someone come assist with a small pickup truck to get our bags up onto the property. During breakfast the bugs were everywhere since dining is outdoor, that only bothered us a little, the pool is not kid friendly its 5ft 9inches deep from beginning to end. The two days we stayed my children wouldn't get in because the water was cold n too deep. other that we loved the hospitality we were assisted with everything from car rental, booking tours and breakfast. thank you guys for everything.

Overall it was amazing. It was spacious, the A/C was working very well. The view from the property was spectacular. You are in the middle of the jungle with everything you need in the house. The only thing is that you should be after your little ones and keep an eye out for them because there’s stairs and almost no protection upstairs rails. I went with my two year old and had to be after him the whole entire time. But I love this place. Can’t wait to go back!!! And you are literally next to Rio Portalón and a waterfall. The property gives you direct access to the river and waterfall. Spectacular place.

There are beautiful views from this property, just bring plenty of bug spray to avoid bug bites. The entertainment & common areas are not closed off so you are subject to the natural surroundings. The pool and deck are spacious. Overall great property.

Very comfortable accommodations. The pool and sun deck were a welcome necessity as to escape the heat. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs to do some of our own cooking. The outdoor dining very comfortable shaded and a nice ambience. Location very private and quite except for our own noise. Had a washer and dryer but they were not functional. Our stay overall was very enjoyable.
