Es hörte sich an, als ob nächstens jemand umgebracht wird. Auch am Tag keine Ruhe, von der Klimaanlage kamen im Minutentakt Geräusche die schon fast an Folter erinnerten. "DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE. OWNER WRITES FAKES REVIEWS! You will feel extremely unsafe. The rooms feel like they haven't been cleaned in forever. Lighting is extremely poor. Smells bad. And the owner writes fake reviews about the property!! All of the 5-star reviews on Google Maps are from the same person, go and check for yourself. I stayed here because of a last minute emergency, but I would've preferred to spend the night at an airport or anywhere else. "

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and welcoming stay in Lisbon. The atmosphere is warm from the moment you arrive. The lobby is beautifully presented, the restaurant and bar are inviting, and the spa area is exceptionally quiet and rejuvenating, with a gym accessible to all guests. I chose to include breakfast, which turned out to be fabulous. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and was genuinely touched by the hotel’s thoughtful gesture: a delicious chocolate cake, a bottle of their Divai house champagne, and two glasses waiting in my room. This, combined with the consistently friendly and attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable. They absolutely deserve a five‑star rating. "

"Checkin late, had five hours to sleep before our flights. No clear line at check in, people standing around the counter, one person leaning in the counter with speakerphones blasting. AC was not working, room was very hot. When I told the employee on check out, he said we know. Hotel is run down, sorry. "

"From start to finish the customer service provided by Corinthia was top tier! They emailed me beforehand to see if I was celebrating anything special and answered any questions ahead of my stay. Even though I opted out of having my room decorated for a fee, they still sent complimentary champagne for my anniversary. The location is not that close the downtown area but the shuttle was very helpful. Also it’s a $5 uber away so it was fine for me! I frequented one of the restaurant bars simply because the staff was so lovely! My only complaint- the spa! They heavily advertised the thermal pool experience. It’s not that great. The water in the hot tubs were only lukewarm. I brought it to the staffs attention. It didn’t improve. They don’t tell you it’s a 70 pound experience and they only wave the fee if you pa for an 80 minute spa treatment. It’s expensive and I did not enjoy myself that much at all. "
