"My family of 2 adults and 4 children stayed for 7 nights. The breakfast was mediocre, with little options and no fresh fruit options at all - except for bruised apples and bananas. Room service options were literally non-existent. Parking was $5 daily in Richmond Hill/Markham area, while mostly other hotels innthearea including Delta was free parking. Nobody cleans up your room until the 7th day apparently (as we inquired on the 5th day), and we had to keep asking for towels and garbage to be taken away. Advertised that they have cribs, turns out only old dirty playpens that were not stored in a bag. The rooms were borderline clean, outdated and far from looking like the photos online. The showers were dirty, the fans made loud noises, carpets were stained, and one of the toilets in our 2 bedroom/2 bath was not working properly and we had to call maintenence twice, and it still had issues on the day we left. There were other tenants smoking weed in their rooms, and it travelled to the hallways. Lack of security, and easy to go in and out of the hotel. The gym was small with limited equipment, the pool was outdated and the laundry machines had multiple issues - we had to dry 4 hours for our load. We checked for bed bugs - luckily none. However, we all had bad sinus allergies and itchy skin the entire stay. The water was hard and air circulation was horrible - our baby had hives and was uncomfortable anytime he spent too long in the room. Won't book again! "

"My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation and offered to work with us and offered to make things right! Overall, great experience at the hotel. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, my son enjoyed the couch in our "New Home" as he kept telling us. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast in the morning was a big hit. We don't travel up this way often, but will definitely keep Mohammed and his team in mind if we need to stay in the area again! "One elevator out of service, were told it had been out of service for over 2 months. Used stairs instead up to the 7th floor...lots of garbage laying in stairwells.Busy weekend there with lots of hockey/soccer and dance families. Incredible amount of noise in hallways after hours (yelling, slamming doors, running etc) front desk staff was quite rude when we asked for extra bedding. Was happy to be able to leave and go home."

"Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious although very loud in the halls. Bathroom and showers were nice and the added tv extra streaming was helpful. Stairs to the front lobby were slippery when wet so something to be aware of. Having the Sheraton right beside with the Starbucks did ease the beginning of each day. "
