"Room was great, good views even with shops next door. The mall is within the shopping centre which was highly convenient and next to a bus stop. The movie room was awesome for kids. Buffet breakfast was decent enough. Great hotel, especially for the price. Wouldn’t say it’s a luxury hotel though but great for what it was, a really good and comfortable stay in a great location."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Copthorne Hotel and Apartments Queenstown Lakeview. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. Our room on a higher floor was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the breathtaking lake and mountain views right from our private balcony— truly unforgettable. The location is perfect: close enough to walk into town, yet peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. We loved how easy it was to explore Queenstown’s attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots. The on-site facilities were well maintained, and everything we needed was readily available. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way: excellent service, beautiful views, and great value. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown."
