The property is really nice, great location. The only surprise is the property does not have air condition. We were a bit worried it might be uncomfortable. One can open door and windows, and the room temperature is comfortable. However it also means lots of flying bugs in the living room. Would be a great improvement if the property has air condition option.

１階が玄関およびガレージ（駐車場、洗濯機、乾燥機） ２階が寝室３部屋 ３階がリビング、キッチンでした。 ３階からの眺望が素晴らしく、肌寒い時期でしたが何度もバルコニーに出て湖と山々を眺めました。一緒に滞在した両親も、今まで滞在した宿泊施設の中で一番美しい眺めだったと言っていました。 キッチンなどの設備もよく、大きなオーブンも最大限活用しました。 調味料も塩と胡椒はあったので助かりました。 全て良かったのですが、１点注意点をあげるとすると中心地から坂を10分以上登ってくる必要があり、施設自体も階段の移動が多くなってしまうので、足の悪い同行者がいる場合は避けたほうがいいかもしれません。 またクイーンズタウンに行くことがあればぜひ再度泊まりたいと思います。

Watch out for the bond and fines if you book here

Nothing mentioned about the fines if you don’t follow the rules or the &1000 bond over and above the full cost of renting the apartment.Still waiting for the bond to be returned 4 days after departure. Would definitely not have booked the apartment if I knew about the fines and bond before paying in full

Very clean. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is equipped excellently. Spa bath is great. Wifi with power and speed. It was all right with us for our four days' stay without service. In a walking distance to town center, though climbing up the hill to the apartment needs energy. Only if the garage was a little wider!

Fond memories

The house has a stunning lake view and is only 5 minutes away from the town, where you can find all kinds of activities, restaurants and shops. Inside the house, it is clean and tiny. The administration team also responded very promptly.

Amazing view over Lake Wakatipu

Very good place to stay in Queenstown. The view from the front row appartment (no. 9) is just stunning. However be aware, that there is some kind of construction site on the oppersite side of the road - could potentially cause noise and disturb the fantastic view - I would check it carefully before renting again. Communication with the 'Staysouth' were a bit troublesome - many mails, but still happy we stayed there. Walking distance to Queenstown city centre is approx. 10-15 min. Highly recommendable to take the hike (Tiki trail) up the skyline gondola station on the mountain - approx. 1-1,5 hours - a nice climb.

This place is lovely but the stairs aren’t good if you have knee problems...it would be ok if a toilet was on each level but the views are amazing. I didn’t book lower down the hill because I thought it would be noisy but the street noise out the front of the apartment during the night was enough to have to have to keep the windows closed for sleep...which is a shame when it’s hot.
