"We loved our midweek stay here. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were on a real getaway. The staff was friendly and seemed truly concerned with making our stay special. The room was very nice. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast and an evening snack/drink. Location was great. The only issues we had was that there were times that we could hear our next door neighbors. "

"Great location and big comfy bed. It is an old house so our bathroom was quite small, but totally adequate. There are no staff onsite and it is self check in, but they were responsive when we had questions about parking. Lovely stay."

"First time staying at The Attwater and it won't be our last! Such a cute boutique hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Newport but conveniently located so it's walkable to downtown! The manager, Peter, was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our weekend stay. And the included breakfast had amazing homemade offerings. Another bonus of The Attwater was free parking. Highly recommend!"

"Cleveland House is charming, & perfect location to walk all over Newport. Blocks to the warfs, Thames street , restaurants, Broadway, & lots of historic homes to see. Free parking. Rooms are small, clean & comfortable with minimal storage area…. Not great if you need space for big suitcases or work supplies. Shower was large & very nice, no counters or shelves for supplies. Good coffee in the breakfast area each morning. Perfect location priced well for the area, we would definitely stay again. "
