"Only stayed one night but hotel was clean and quiet. Room was very nice. The only problem I had was getting from airport to hotel. Could not seem to connect to front desk. Security guard at airport tried for an hour but also was unsucessful. Only option available was to walk to hotel and that was not easy hauling luggage."

"The view is definitely awesome, is literally steps from the beach. The beach is for surfing not suitable for swimming (lot of currents). The room is very outdated, need more plugs example where the coffee maker is placed. Theres is one for three appliances so you need to disconnect one to use the other. For the price I’ve paid I expected more. Because it is an expedia offer they give you the old rooms. Which is not fair."

"We had high expectations for this resort as we were not able to book the Marriot hotel that is next to Punta Borinquen. Unfortunately, there were roaches in the room every single day and night. The elevator door was super slow opening and closing. Looks like it needs to be recalibrated for a better experience. This resort is very old and although the staff does their best in trying to upkeep the building, it does need a major investment for remodeling the rooms with new beds, furniture, flooring, showers, etc. The location of the resort is great but compared to other nearby hotels, it needs some good TLC."
