"Beautiful hotel, right in the heart of Old Quebec. We are a family of four with younger children and we were able to walk to all the major sites. Room and bathroom were small but we managed. Beautiful coffee machine in the main lobby which was a great touch. Our booking stated we wouldn’t have room service for our stay but we were surprised to find new coffee pods and towels daily, which was great. Also nice to have parking available at a reasonable cost. "

"There is no reception, only cleaner lady. But it is easy to contact them via phone number and email from website. Facilities are clean, new and modern. Though walk up the hill to go to downtown, there are some groceries and restaurant nearby. It has an envelop in the room to put tip but no coffee machine."

"Very close to Chateau Frontenac, restaurants, shopping and all other sites we were interested in seeing. Tourist information is close to Frontenac and a hop-on-hop-off bus stop is there as well. The hotel is so cute with parking spaces. Our room was very comfortable and clean and staff was very friendly. There is no elevator. I would recommend staying at Au Petit Hotel."
